Lauren Casey-Clyde is an international performer and music educator residing in Austin, TX. Recently name a finalist in the University of Texas Concerto Competition, as well as the International Trombone Association Quartet Competition, her performance career has brought her across the globe and has given her the opportunity to perform with Orchestras such as the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Austin Symphony Orchestra, and Austin Opera. She has performed with conductors Andris Nelsons and Bernard Haitink. She maintains a trombone studio in Austin TX, in which her students have consistently received the highest accolades and performed with state County and All-State ensembles. She also works as an instructor at the Bluecoats Drum & Bugle Corps.
